CCC Employees

Lester joined CCC in November 2003. Lester handles the advertising (radio, newspaper, mailings, personal contacts, company promotions, etc) and the business finances.

Prior to joining the CCC team, Lester was living in the Aberdeen, SD area and working at the local grocery store chain for 9 years.

Lester graduated from Northern State University in Aberdeen with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management in August 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech in December 2002.

Lester has obtained his Employment Law Accreditation and is a CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) with the American Staffing Association. He has also become co-owner and has married executive manager Connie (Schroeder) Stearns.

Lester has been involved with many organizations over the years including the Junior Chamber (Jaycees), Chamber of Commerce, and Palace Partners.

Owner and founder of CCC. Connie opened Complete Career Center on Dec. 1st 2000 and has had rapid growth ever since.

CCC has grown from two full-time employees to seven fulltime and 2 part-time employees, as well as over 100 temporary employees staffed by Complete Career Center.

Connie graduated from Plankinton High School in 1988 and then attended SDSU to pursue an Elementary Education degree. In her third year of college, she transferred to DSU. As a college student, Connie worked for Job Service and later held a variety of managerial positions. This experience prompted her to create her own staffing business.

Connie has obtained her Employment Law Accreditation and became a Certified Staffing Professional.

Connie married Lester Stearns, CCC Business Partner, on August 28, 2004 in Plankinton SD.
