Job title: FOOD SERVICES GENERAL MANAGER
Location: Eastern South Dakota
Description: Restaurant General Manager needed in the Sioux Falls restaurant. Responsible for operation of 24/7 food service operation. Manage and direct up to 100 employees. Must have specific knowledge of food service accounting principles as well as be solid understanding of food preparation service. Must have strong people skills & leadership qualities. Will handle purchasing, sanitation, employee "attitude", etc.
Requirements: Must have solid work history and prior Manger or Assistant Manager in food services establishment experience, good references, be hard working, dedicated, available, and flexible with professional people skills.
